From the A69

1. Eastbound from Hexham:take the left turn signposted “Newton”.
   Westbound from Newcastle:take the right turn signposted “Newton”.
2. Follow the road until it forks, then take the right fork.
3. Continue for about a mile, then turn right through the golden eagle pillars — you can’t miss them.
4. At the crossroads, go straight on up the hill (don’t turn right or left).
5. At the top of the hill, take the first right.
6. Follow the road down the hill and take the first left, signposted “Lakeside Farm”.
7. Carry on along the track until you reach the cabin.

Worth knowing before you set off

• The farm track is unlit, so try to arrive in daylight on your first night — it’s much easier to find us with the sun still up.
• Satnav: use postcode NE43 7TW for the area, then follow the steps above for the last mile. For the exact spot, open us in Google Maps or use what3words: tuxedos.flicks.ushering.
• We’ll email you full arrival details before your stay — and one of us will meet you at the cabin to show you around.
